💣What exactly is an “exchange"?⚙️An exchange is generally centered around a specific ship, theme, or dynamic. The participants are anonymously paired with other participants who are compatible and they will create content (either a fic or art) for each other, then their creations will be revealed during the posting period. You'll be given a list of prompts (likes, dislikes, ratings) that are compatible with your preference and the name and social media accounts of your giftee. Until the time for posting, the identities of the gifters and giftees will remain anonymous.💣What are the requirements set for the exchange?⚙️Writers are expected to write one fic of 2,000 minimum word count with no maximum and artists are expected to create one piece of clean line art-flat with shading.💣How many pieces are required?⚙️Each contributor MUST complete one full work but may take on additional work if they become a pinch hitter.💣What sort of content will be permitted?⚙️All content is welcome at this pro-shipping event, but make sure to abide by any DNWs listed for your giftee and ensure proper tagging.💣Is joining a Discord server required?⚙️Yes! To participate, you MUST have a Discord account. All communications, check-ins, announcements, and team channels will be through Discord. Additionally, we ask our writers to also have Ao3 accounts to upload their works once the mini bang is completed.💣Since this is an 18 and up event, does that mean I must make 🔞 content?⚙️We encourage Tetsutetsu/Kirishima/Bakugou romance in all forms! From fluff to dead dove. We only ask that you tag appropriately and (for Discord) share in corresponding channels. We want to add more deliciousness to the "Bakugou Katsuki/Kirishima Eijirou/Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu" Ao3 tag. Everything's good as long as the story focuses on a romantic and/or physical relationship for this throuple!💣Does my fic need to be completely new, or can it be a sequel?It can be both as long as the exchange fic is not already posted on a social media platform. The writer needs to create the content as the exchange progresses. But please, don’t share anything on Social Media until posting day. We want to surprise the giftee with your wonderful work!

Guidelines
Requirements for the Writers: Writers are expected to write one fic of 2,000 minimum word count with no maximum.
Requirements for the Artists: Artists are expected to create one piece of clean line art-flat with shading.
Requirements for the Beta Readers: Betas are expected to take one fic to edit and a maximum of 3 fics, no more.
Requirements for the Pitch Hitters: As a person who steps in when a writer, or an artist, has to step down, a hitter will come in. You will be provided the prompts that the giftee asked should the original gifter drop out.
Check-ins & Dropping: There would be five check-ins throughout the event. One of contact check-in and four of progress. If you need an extension, let a mod know. If any contributor hasn’t done their check-in or hasn’t contacted a mod within 3 days after closing, you will receive a message for the respecting mod of your role. If you don’t answer in three days to the message, the mods will assume you ghosted and will be dropped and a pinch hitter will be assigned to finish the gift.
Posting: The posting period will be the entire month of September. You will have that time to post your creation first on our AO3 Event (for writers) and then on Twitter/X and BlueSky accounts. Please tag your teammates (including if you had help from a beta reader), the event page, with the proper rating (SFW, NSFW, and/or Problematic), and the important tags: #KiriTetsuBakuExchange24
